Valentine doll clothes are easy to make if you already have some basic patterns. Here I will show you some of the Valentine’s Days clothes I made for my 13-inch Les Cheries dolls. I hope you like red, white, and pink because you will see a lot of those colors here!
If you are short on time, consider this basic sleeveless style dress. I used the same pattern that I typically use to make party dresses for the dolls. The dress has a coordinating pink bow and back Velcro closure. The fabric is white with cute little hearts.
I made a lovely pink sweater out of fleece to go along with the dress. As you can see, this pink sweater looks great with the colored hearts on the dress. Also, it goes very well with stylish blue jeans.
Speaking of shirts and pants, do you have a little more time to sew? If so, take a look at my next skirt. Do you recognize the fabric? Yes, it is the same material with cute little hearts that I used to make the party dress. To accessorize the white shirt, I made a pink fleece scarf.
Not feeling like wearing a skirt today? That’s okay. You can also make a pair of pink pants to go with the white shirt and scarf. If you look closely, you will see that the pants are folded up at the bottom. The green fabric was intentionally added for the sake of fashion. I sewed it to the wrong side of the pants first. That way, when the cuff is folded, you see the fabric from the right side.
After a long day of Valentine’s Day party entertaining, your doll will be ready to sleep. But, what will she wear? How about making a warm, cozy, stylish pajama dress with matching slippers? I used flannel fabric for the pioneer-style pajama dress. It is accessorized with lovely lace trim. The slippers are made with fleece.
